You can find me in Colorado along with my husband of almost 20 years, our two children and our “little” puppy Wesley, our St. Bernard. I’ve been scrapping and creating since 1997 when a trip to Costco put me face to face with a brightly colored box with the words ‘Scrapbooking Kit. Everything You need To Complete An Album.’ Into the cart it went and that single purchase changed my life forever.
By day I work part time at a local school in the Special Education Department helping a little guy who has Cerebral Palsy as well as being a wife, a mom, and a friend. Life is busy but extremely fulfilling.
Hi! My name is Marcie and I am a SAHM to three kids ranging in ages from ten to sixteen. I have been married to my husband for eleven years. We live in an older historical home that we share with six cats and two dogs! Lets just say that there is never a dull moment at our house! I have been scrapbooking for about ten years and started out with the idea to make a simple baby book for my daughter and have been addicted ever since. I love to make cards and alter items as well as do layouts. I tend to lean towards the shabby chic style and love to add a touch of vintage flair to my designs. I have had the honor of being published in several scrapbooking magazines and hope to continue to do so. I love the creative outlet that papercrafting gives me while at the same time I am preserving my families memories.
Hello everyone! I am so honored and excited to be a part of the 3Birds Deign Team. I started scrapbooking after the birth of my daughter, almost 6 years ago. I now have a little boy as well, and I love being able to scrap "girl" layouts, as well as boy layouts. From a very young age, I loved painting and drawing, and throughout the years added some more hobbies onto my roster. One thing I love about scrapbooking is how it allows me to combine different art forms onto the layout, while at the same time preserving those precious fleeting moments. I have been lucky enough to have my work published and to create for some wonderful teams, including stores/kit clubs, and Scrapstreet Magazine. I love to share my work and know that it inspires others to be creative, much as so many others inspire me every day with their beautiful art.
